To: President Edward R. Hope,
President of the United Democratic Republic of Utania.
Utan Krysaror, UDR of Utania
From: Mr Gordon Davidz,
UNVCOCN Director "Point South" territory,
United Nations of Vexillium.

August 1st, 300 AP.

In accordance with the UNV - UDR of Utania Agreement on Arms, Armaments and Military Equipment, the UNV mission to "Point South" hereby relinquishes control of the "Point South Protection force" (PSPF), control to become the sole responsibility of the government and officers of the United Democratic Republic of Utania.

The PSPF consists of items from the following sources: It should also be notes, that Utania's share of the Naval vessels is greater than of the other dependency nations owing to the longer coastline.

The total number and constitution of the equipment left to the UDR of Utania is listed below. I trust you find all items listed and in good condition for their continued role as protectors of Utania. I also understand that the Utanian Naval prefix will be "UDK" (Utani D'jea-Kopana or "Utanian Ship"). We are aware of no other nation using this prefix.

On a final and personal note, I concede that there has been some mistrust and words spoken between the former joint-controllers of the PSPF, being your office and my own, I continue to hope that the UDR of Utania understands that there was never any implied mistrust of your Government's motivations belying the desire to have full control of the force. It is simply UNVCOCN policy to provide support for the transition into full rights as a nation.

Sincerely.

Mr Gordon Davidz,
UNVCOCN Director "Point South" territory,
United Nations of Vexillium.
