With a view to enhancing diplomatic relations, I am writing to you to establish formal
communications between Utania and Altland with a view to establishing mutual embassies.
Clearly being nations with an interest in trade and peace within the southern Meridic
Ocean, and with our close proximity, it is to our mutual benefit that we quickly establish
diplomatic ties and embassies so that our peoples can travel with safety between our nations.
We have also reserved the address below in the Presidential Quarter of our capital, for
the Altland Embassy, as we are eagar to commence good relations immediately. We hope that you
share our enthusiasm.
