To: Sheikh I'Mustdoo-All,
Secretary of the Royal Household Office and Marshal Of The Royal Court
Fenizabad, Feniz
From: President George Okarvits,
President of the United Democratic Republic of Utania.

November 12th, 300 AP.

Utania sincerely welcomes the good news of the Sultan's visit to Utania between February 24th and 27th, 301. I personally welcome the opportunity to meet with the Sultan face to face, and discuss matters toward expanding the currently good relationship with Feniz.

We would welcome the opportunity to show the Sultan around Utania, to show him the museums, the archeological sites or the fine Utanian beaches. Visits to Utanian industrial sites, meetings with executives from Utanian corporations or seeing some of the agricultural farms or canneries can certainly be arranged. We would welcome an indication from your staff of the Sultan's preferences in this regard. We will certainly arrange a dinner in the Sultan's honour, featuring distinctly Utanian entertainment.

The Sultan should find Utania with a warm climate similar to Feniz, though considerably more humid. We shall ensure that the necessary information and options are made available to the yourself or your staff as the time approaches. Utania's ambassador, Arthur K'njosa, should be the first point of contact until the Sultan approaches Utania, when my Minister for Diplomatic Relations, Robert Talin, shall act as special liaison for the Sultan.

Peace be with you.

President Okarvits,
President of the United Democratic Republic of Utania,
UDR of Utania.
