With a view to enhancing diplomatic relations, I am writing to you to establish formal
communications between Utania and St Kilda with a view to establishing mutual embassies.
Clearly being nations with an interest in trade and peace, it is to our mutual benefit
that we establish diplomatic ties and embassies so that our peoples can travel with safety
between our nations.

for the St Kilda Embassy, as we are keen to commence good relations without delay:
