me express His Majesty's great satisfaction at receiving your government's overture of
friendship and his eagerness to begin formal diplomatic relations at the
ambassadorial level. His Altlandic Majesty has therefore named his trusted
third cousin, Arnaut, Baron de Trefontan, to return as his representative to
the United Democratic Republic of Utania. Further, His Altlandic Majesty
has done your nation the signal honor of making available to it nothing less
